Tetramethylthiuram monosulphide with elastomer binder and dispersing agents.
Isogran® TMTM-80 causes very rapid and scorch-safe vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers. Isogran® TMTM-80 receives additional activation from basis accelerators, e.g. Aldehyde amine and Guanidine. Combinations, e.g. with Sulphenamide and Mercapto accelerators in which Isogran® TMTM-80 is used as secondary accelerator are of great technical importance. Low sulphur vulcanization provides vulcanizates with good ageing resistance.
