IsoQure® ZnO Active is a highly active nano scale zinc oxide which excellently disperses in rubber compounds and in latex formulations.
IsoQure® ZnO Active 50 is a nano-scale active zinc oxide providing excellent dispersion in rubber compounds and in latex. In latex applications, the necessity for ball-milling is significantly reduced and in many cases eliminated.
Due to its ultra-fine particle size, the level of ZnO in a rubber compound can be reduced by up to 50% without any sacrifice in vulcanisate properties.
IsoQure® ZnO Active 50 can be used for food contact rubber parts in accordance to FDA 177.2600; the heavy metal content is as low or lower than pharmaceutical grade zinc oxide.
