IsoQure® ZnO 25 CS is an active type composite zinc oxide with high surface area of 20 to 30 m2/g. It is better than zinc oxide white seal for tires, rollers, conveyor belt products which need good aging and good abrasion resistance. Because of its high surface area, it is also good for transparent rubber products like rubber bands, shoe soles etc. The product is made up of active zinc oxide coating on an inert aluminum silicate core.
The purity of the active zinc oxide coating can satisfy the stringent Nordic Ecolabelling for Tyres. IsoQure® ZnO 25 CS is free flowing with fast incorporation and good dispersion in rubber mix. It has good thermal conductivity and facilitates mixing in silica filled compounds.
