Applications
Isolan BIO PMT is an aqueous dispersion of a fully-reacted polyether-based aliphatic polyurethane, comprised of 62% BIO polyols derived from renewable sources. It is free from NMP and NEP. This medium-hardness resin possesses a distinct thermoplastic nature. It showcases commendable resistance to hydrolysis and excellent light fastness, making it ideal for top and middle coats. It is apt for use in leather, textiles, synthetic leather, and coatings.
Typical film characteristics: 100% modulus stands at 5-6 Mpa, tensile strength is measured at 30 Mpa, and elongation is approximately 5x.
Handling, Storage and Packaging
12 months from delivery in closed containers.
The product is stable for at least one year when stored in sealed original packing at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C without exposure to sunlight. Sensitive to frost. Stir up before using.
