Applications
Isolan BIO PST is a modified aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, rooted in Polyether and consisting of at least 52% BIO polyols derived from renewable sources. It is devoid of NMP and NEP. This medium-soft polyurethane showcases commendable resistance to hydrolysis and temperature, resulting in an elastic film. It's suitable for textiles, synthetics, leather, and coatings.
Typical film characteristics: 100% modulus stands at 2-3 Mpa, tensile strength measures at 20 Mpa, and elongation is approximately 7x.
Handling, Storage and Packaging
12 months from delivery in closed containers.
The product is stable for at least one year when stored in sealed original packing at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C without exposure to sunlight. Sensitive to frost. Stir up before using.
