Application

Isolan PHF is a low VOC, versatile medium-soft PUR dispersion and foundational polymer suitable for finishes on textiles, PVC, or paper. Isolan PHF is a co-solvent free solution with applications that include:

Direct coating or impregnation of synthetic or natural textiles/fabrics or paper

Serving as a (pre-)skin for both transfer-coating and direct-coating processes.

To enhance resistance properties, crosslinkers can be incorporated into Isolan PHF. Isolan PHF can be used with methods such as rotogravure, wire bar, dipping, rotary-screen, knife, or reverse roller-coater. Depending on the chosen application method, adjustments may be required for flow, wetting, defoaming, and rheology.

Storage

The optimum storage and handling temperature range is 5 °C to 30 °C. The product must be protected from heat and frost in order to maintain viability. Containers must not be re-stocked after they have been opened. Properly stored, Isolan PHF is stable for at least 12 months after the shipment has left our warehouse.

Packaging

Isolan PHF is available in IBCs (1000kg each) and drums (210kg each). MoQ are 2 pallets with 8 drums each or 1 IBC.

Stated storage and shelf life times are minimum guaranteed values for a period starting on the day of shipment.
