Application
Isodur DA-L is intended for PU water-based resin applications, adhesives, paints, and coatings.
It acts as a crosslinking agent for aqueous polymer dispersions such as polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylate, and synthetic rubber dispersions.
Crosslinking improves resistance to heat, water, plasticizers, and solvents.

Added ratio: 3-10% by weight for 100 pbw adhesive dispersion with 40-60% polymer content

The processing and use of Isodur DA-L require adequate technical and professional knowledge.

Isodur DA-L must be stored in its sealed original containers at temperatures between 0 and 30°C.
The product is highly moisture-sensitive, reacting with water to form carbon dioxide and insoluble ureas, which may lead to dangerous pressure buildup in sealed containers.
Always keep tightly closed and prevent moisture ingress.
Properly stored, the product remains stable for a minimum of six months.
