Application
Isodur L-75 is a crosslinker that can be used with polyesters, polyethers, and polyacrylates. However, it is not suitable for aliphatic and alcoholic applications. It is especially well suited in coatings for furniture and wood compound products, as well as metal, plastics, and mineral composites. As a bonding agent, Isodur L-75 increases resistance to aromatic solvents and oils, as well as offering good stability in higher temperature regimes.
Usage Information
After adding Isodur L-75 to an adhesive or coating formulation, the mixture must be used within its pot life. The pot life depends on the polymer content as well as on other ingredients like antioxidants, resins, plasticizers, solvents, etc. This pot life can vary from several hours to one day.
Handling, Storage, and Packaging
