Application
IsoQure® DMP-30 is suitable as an accelerator and hardener in epoxy resin systems, especially in the production of membranes and in pultrusion processes where reinforcement materials like fibers are first impregnated with resin and then pulled through a heated stationary die.
IsoQure® DMP-30 can also be used in the production of rigid polyisocyanurate foams where it acts as a delayed-action trimerization catalyst and is typically used in conjunction with other amine-based agents.
Handling, Storage and Packaging
The processing and use of IsoQure® DMP-30 requires adequate technical and professional knowledge. Please consult safety data sheet and observe local safety regulations. The legal requirements prevailing in your country, especially in the avoidance of accidents, working hygiene and patent rights must be observed.
IsoQure® DMP-30 has to be stored in tightly sealed original containers in a cool and dry place below 28°C. Properly stored it is stable for a minimum of one year.
Safety
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of vapour or mist. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Storage class (TRGS 510): Combustible, corrosive hazardous materials.
