Inside Tire

PRODUCT CODE: Q-Series

APV’s inside tire lubricants are specifically formulated to provide excellent release from a tire mold while promoting rubber flow and air bleed. Our tire lubricants are available in solvent-based or water-based formulations. APV also offers both reactive and non-reactive lubricants to meet your requirements.

Our water-based, mica-free inside lubricant will turn clear after curing. This lubricant provides superior air bleed and flow.

Mold Release

PRODUCT CODE: Q-0020 and Q-0080

Mold release lubricants are typically applied directly to a mold used to cure rubber parts in tire manufacturing. Formulations are available in curable or non-curable chemistries. Based on your application, choose curable (Q-0020) for a semi-permanent coating or non-curable (Q-0080) for use as a multi-release mold lubricant.

These lubricants have exceptional non-stick properties. They also improve the rubber flow of the part, as well as prevent lights or non-fills.

Mandrel & Pan

PRODUCT CODE: Q-0024 & Q-0043

APV offers a complete line of solvent-based and water-based lubricants for both bent and rigid mandrels for hose, automotive, and rubber part manufacturing industries. These lubricants provide superior anti-stick properties with no residue or contamination. They also improve rubber flow.

Custom formulations are also available.
