Isobond® GE 100 is a glycidyl ether used as a rubber to fabric adhesion promoter in pre-dips for the treatment of tyre cord and reinforcing fabric.

Application
Isobond® GE 100 is used as a rubber to fabric adhesion promoter in combination with blocked isocyanates (i.e. Kagebond DM-50, Isobond® P, IsoQure® TT). Typical application is as a pre-dip in the double dip process producing polyester tyre cord and reinforcing fabrics.

Handling, Storage and Packaging
The processing and use of ISOBOND® GE 100 requires adequate technical and professional knowledge. Please consult safety data sheet and observe local safety regulations. The legal requirements prevailing in your country, especially in the avoidance of accidents, working hygiene and patent rights must be observed. Isobond® GE 100 has to be stored in tightly sealed original containers in a cool and dry place. Keep away from strong acids and bases and heavy metals and their salts. Properly stored it is stable for minimum 12 months.
Standard packaging is in drums of 200 kg each or in 1-ton plastic containers.
