IsoQure® ZnO 25 CC is an active zinc oxide with high surface area. This unique product is made of an active zinc oxide coating on an inert calcium carbonate core. The active zinc oxide coat is about 55 to 60% of the total weight, the inert calcium carbonate core about 40 to 45% of the total weight.

IsoQure® ZnO 25 CC is an active zinc oxide coat on an inert calcium carbonate core. Due to its fine particle size and high surface area, the level of ZnO in a rubber compound can be reduced significantly without any sacrifice in vulcanisate properties.
IsoQure® ZnO 25 CC is free flowing and provides with fast incorporation and excellent dispersion in rubber compounds. Because of the calcium carbonate core, the level of zinc in a rubber compound is drastically reduced.
Typical formulations contain 0.5 to 5% ZnO 25.
Handling, Storage and Packaging
The processing and use of IsoQure® ZnO 25 CC requires adequate technical and professional knowledge. Please consult safety data sheet and observe local safety regulations.
The legal requirements prevailing in your country, especially in the avoidance of accidents, working hygiene and patent rights must be observed.
IsoQure® ZnO 25 CC has to be stored in tightly sealed original containers in a cool and dry place. Properly stored it is stable for a minimum of two years.
Standard pack size of IsoQure® ZnO 25 CC is 25 kg in a woven PP bag with PE inner liner plus PE inner bag.
