Applications
Isobond DMP-40 is a co-solvent free blocked crosslinking agent suitable for PU lacquers and adhesives that are applied to PU and PVC items for transfer systems or direct coating. The typical dosage ranges between 3 and 7 pph. The crosslinker's deblocking process occurs above 120°C. Isobond DMP enhances resistance to hydrolysis, heat, and solvents.
Handling, Storage and Packaging
12 months from delivery in closed containers.
The product is stable for at least one year when stored in sealed original packing at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C without exposure to sunlight. Sensitive to frost. Stir up before using.
