Application
Isolan PCM-E is an aliphatic high solids co-solvent-free polyurethane dispersion.
Isolan PCM-E is engineered to be easily foamable for application in transfer coating. Foamed layers based on Isolan PCM-E have the potential to supplant DMF coagulate substrates, providing an innovative and eco-friendly alternative. In foaming applications, we recommend the addition of a foam stabilizer.
Isolan PCM-E can be cross-linked to preserve its characteristics post-washing.
Finished products have an expected softening point of 185°C, an elongation at break of 850%, and a tensile strength of 8.0 Mpa.
Storage
The optimum storage and handling temperature range is 5 °C to 30 °C. The product must be protected from heat and frost in order to maintain viability. Containers must not be re-stocked after they have been opened. Properly stored, Isolan PCM-E is stable for at least 12 months after the shipment has left our warehouse.
Packaging
Isolan PCM-E is available in IBCs (1000kg each) and drums (210kg each). MoQ are 2 pallets with 8 drums each or 1 IBC.
