Isolan PGS
Isolan PGS is an anionic aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion.
Material Definition
Dispersion: 50% solid content (low viscosity, water-based)
Viscosity @23°C: < 500 mPa*s
pH value: 7 ±1
Volatile content: 48% ±2
Density @23°C: Approx. 1.1 g/cm³
Applications
Isolan PGS is suitable for a wide range of textile coating applications, including: outerwear, bags, flocked articles, and technical articles.
Isolan PGS has a high solid content. It also has good stirring stability. It is suitable for mechanical foaming. Films demonstrate a soft hand.
Storage
The optimum storage and handling temperature range is 5 °C to 30 °C. The product must be protected from heat and frost in order to maintain viability. Containers must not be re-stocked after they have been opened. Properly stored, Isolan PGS is stable for at least 12 months after the shipment has left our warehouse.
Packaging
Isolan PGS is available in IBCs (1000kg each) and drums (210kg each). MoQ are 2 pallets with 8 drums each or 1 IBC.

After this period has expired, the product requires additional quality control testing but may very well
