When a PDF viewer says that the signer is not automatically trusted, this does not necessarily mean that the document is wrong. Our ERP signing certificate is a company certificate. External computers may need a manual check before they know that this certificate belongs to us.
To check the certificate, compare the fingerprint shown by your PDF program with the values published here. The fingerprint is not a password or a secret. It is a public check value, similar to comparing a serial number.

A matching fingerprint confirms the company certificate used for our ERP signed PDFs. It does not replace the normal business review of the document content, and it does not make the certificate automatically trusted by every PDF program worldwide.
